Diana Upson has developed a way of caring for the fresh milk from her goats that brings out the sweet, smooth notes. Enjoy a glass of cold Skipwillow goat milk straight from the bottle or use it in any recipe wherever cow’s milk is called for. Raw goat milk is minimally processed with all the fresh, natural nutrition intact and has less lactose than cow’s milk.
“I have had a herd share at Skipwillow Farm for three years now and treasure getting pure fresh goat milk when the girls are producing! Stopping by and picking up fresh milk from the fridge on the porch is great. Diana has a wonderful farm!” Debbie Johnson
In Virginia, you must own a herd share to obtain raw goat milk straight from the farm. This means that you share the costs of running a goat dairy farm with other people buying milk from the herd. This is similar to purchasing a CSA plan for produce.
When you own a goat share, you get raw goat’s milk—full of natural nutrition—without the daily commitments of caring for goats.
One herd share entitles you to one quart of goat milk per week.

The chickens at Skipwillow Farm free-range throughout the day. At night, they roost in a cozy camper. Their natural diet and happy lifestyle produce flavorful eggs with vibrant yolks. These eggs make the best tasting omelets, deviled eggs, quiches, and soufflés you’ve ever had.
“The folks at Skipwillow Farm are so pleasant to work with, and we just love visiting when we can. The eggs are fabulous, and the goats are something to see. Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, it's a must-see on your bucket list. Highly recommend!" Barbara Dalton
