Farm Photography and Visits
Skipwillow offers a unique farm setting for outdoor photograph sessions and visits. Use our colorful red barn and beautiful grounds as a backdrop for your photos. Backgrounds include a large red barn, fields, woods, country lane, grape vine arbor, old oak, puppet theatre carriage, and honeysuckle hideaway. Pictures can also be taken with goats and chickens.
We can arrange a photoshoot with one of the tried and true local photographers we have worked with. Packages start at $200 for an hour. Or you can bring your photographer. Farm photography fee starts at $50 an hour.*
Please let us know whether you would like us to arrange a photographer for you or whether you will be bringing your photographer. We will send you an invoice that you can pay through Paypal online or cash when you come for your photoshoot.
Visit the Skipwillow Farm Goats
Enjoy interacting with our friendly goats and free-range chickens on our family farm in the Blue Ridge Mountains.* Farm Visits start at $20/hr.

Let us know what days/times you are interested in for your farm visit. Once we have verified an opening in our schedule, we will send you an invoice which you can pay through Paypal online or by cash when you come for your Farm Visit.
*At this time, bathrooms are not available for photo sessions or farm visits, but Floyd is a 10 min. drive away, with bathrooms at the library and grocery stores.

Once you have spent time with our sweet goats and beautiful grounds for either a photo session or a visit, we get a feeling you will be back.
Contact us to schedule your farm photo shoot or visit. Let us know what days/times you are interested in and how many people will be coming. For photography, prices vary depending on how many people are photographed and how long the session will last—there is a minimum one-hour fee.
